For over a decade, I’ve been passionate about helping people discover their strength and confidence through fitness. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Health and Life Coach, and business owner, I understand that everyone’s fitness journey is unique and personal. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging environment, especially for those who are new to fitness or returning after some time away.

My mission is to empower you to move your body, listen to its needs, and embrace consistency in your routines. I take a holistic approach to training, focusing not only on physical activity but also on the critical roles of sleep, mindset, and sustainable habits. Staying current with the latest research and methodologies, I regularly pursue new certifications and trainings to provide innovative and effective strategies for achieving your goals. I believe mindset is everything—it’s the foundation for building a healthier, happier life.

I wanted to curate a space that was inviting, supportive, and airy, yet also hardcore, sturdy, and powerful. Thus, Function and Fortitude Training Studio was born.
